Our gelato is naturally healthier than ice cream
Made with better, healthier ingredients, our gelato naturally has half the fat compared to ice cream. Premium ice creams have up to 20-30g of fat per serving while Gelato Boy has 4-13g of fat per serving. Less fat means less sugar to cut the fat taste – which leaves room for more of the good stuff: pistachios, chocolate, raspberries, etc.

Happy, healthy cows make better milk and cream. Better milk and cream make better gelato. Committing to local dairy is important to us not only because it makes our gelato taste better. Our cows are happy and never given growth hormones or antibiotics.

We use a custom blend of coconut and whole oats to create the creamiest dairy free and vegan flavors you've ever tasted. So if dairy is not your thing, we've got you covered.
We also use organic cane sugar in every flavor. Why? Conventional cane sugar is NOT vegan.

What we don't put in our gelato
We obsess over everything we put into our gelato which means we are equally nit-picky about what we don't use. We never use artificial flavors, preservatives, or off the shelf mixes.
