Do you franchise? Can I open a Gelato Boy?

How much does shipping cost?

We offer flat-rate shipping in the contiguous United States for $25*. We do not currently ship to AK or HI.

*Please note that the shipping rates above are estimates only. Certain zip codes in the states above may cost slightly more or less than the estimated shipping cost.

You can order as little as 4 pints and as many as you like—and you still pay the same price per delivery.

Please allow up to five business days for order processing. We will ship your order as soon as possible and your account will be updated via email with tracking information as soon as the status of your order changes.

Frozen goods shipped via flat-rate shipping arrive 2 days after being shipped, depending on the shipping destination.

What's your return policy?

All sales are final, but frozen delivery is guaranteed.

If your gelato doesn’t arrive perfectly frozen, we’ll reship the order at our cost. Need customer service? Contact spoon@gelatoboy.com.

Do you have any gluten-free flavors?

Yes! most of our gelato is gluten-free. You can find ingredient and allergen information on each flavor’s page.
